Based on the information provided, Rachael will make appropriate adjustments to nutrition targets and/or conditioning recommendations when required. Further to this, Nutrition Coaching clients will have unlimited support via email / text message / phone for any questions or concerns that will pop up along the way.

Nutrition Seminars

Nutrition Seminars can be organised to educate groups about the basics on nutrition, and they are also a great tool to expand on current knowledge.

Rachael tailors seminars to her client’s needs to ensure that appropriate content is delivered on the day. Specific topic areas of concern can be requested prior, and there will always be an open Q&A at the end of each seminar.

Rachael caters her seminars to all levels – from small personal training studios, organisations (e.g. schools and corporate offices) to larger events and conferences.
